The encounter took place in a remote area where security forces had launched a search operation based on intelligence inputs about the presence of heavily armed terrorists. Despite the difficult terrain and adverse weather conditions, the soldiers bravely retaliated, leading to a fierce exchange of gunfire. Loss of Bravehearts Two soldiers succumbed to their injuries during the encounter, while two others were evacuated to a nearby military hospital for treatment. The names of the fallen soldiers have not yet been released, as the Army is in the process of informing their families. The injured soldiers are reported to be stable, but their condition is being closely monitored. Anti-Terror Operations Continue Following the gunfight, the area has been cordoned off, and additional forces have been deployed to prevent the militants from escaping.
